Shipping Policy
1)Shipping Timelines
In Colombo, 2-4 working days.
Outside Colombo 2-5 Working days.
Please note that the estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on factors such as your location, order volume, and external circumstances like holidays or unforeseen delays. We will provide you with tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.
2) Order Processing- We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3)Delivery Address- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or non-deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
4)Lost or Damaged Items- In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please send an email to livvy@sparcu.com immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.

Return Policy
1)Return Window: we specify a certain timeframe within which you can initiate a return or exchange. This is typically within 1-4 days of receiving the item, but it can vary.
2)Condition of Items: Generally, items should be returned in new, unused, and
unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact. We may not accept exchange for items that show signs of wear or damage.
3) Size Exchange Policy- For size exchange requests, customers are responsible for covering both delivery fees:
a.The fee for delivering the new size to your address.
b. The fee for returning the previously ordered size to us.
3)Return Process: if an item needs to be returned or exchanged please email us

4) Return Shipping: You'll want to know who is responsible for return shipping costs. It varys depending on the reason or issue of Exhange.
5)Refund Processing Time: Refund or exchange takes usually a few days to a week of time.
6)Exceptions and Restrictions: There may be certain items that cannot be returned or exchanged.
